Oaklands Global are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality/Compliance & Safety Manager for a reputable client based in Austria.
We are currently working with a leading player in the business aviation sector, offering a permanent full-time position as a Quality/Compliance & Safety Manager (m/f/d) based in Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EASA and national aviation regulations over Part CAMO and Part 145, as well as overseeing quality and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct reporting to the Accountable Manager
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality/Compliance Monitoring Program and Management System.
- Liaison with competent CAA aviation authorities.
- Management of findings and noncompliance reports.
- Audit planning and execution according to international and regulatory requirements.
- Operations management system oversight for CAMO and Part-145.
Requirements
- Practical experience in aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- Knowledge of human factors principles and EU management system requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of EASA regulations, particularly Part 145 & Part CAMO.
- Experience in General Aviation preferred.
- Proficiency in auditing techniques and interpersonal communication skills.
- IT proficiency, including MS-Office skills and relevant computer maintenance programs.
- Excellent English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
