Oaklands Global are currently recruiting an Administrator on behalf of one of our leading clients based in South West to join their friendly Admin team.

This opportunity is permanent, and the hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all progress chasing duties, general office duties, filing and purchasing.
  • Organising activities, book in flights and make arrangements for staff.
  • Supporting other departments as and when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in Aviation/Aerospace industry is an advantage.
  • Must have previous admin, customer service or have worked in a similar environment.
  • Previous demonstrable experience using Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
