Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their unique travel needs and preferences.
- Source and secure the perfect aircraft for each charter, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring utmost client satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics, including flight planning, ground transportation, catering, and any additional special requests.
- Provide personalized service and support throughout the charter process, from booking to post-flight follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in private jet charter brokerage.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in industry software and tools for flight planning and booking.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs and market trends.
