The perfect candidate will be a VP with a tracking record of industry specialised M&A deals and with a passion for their sector. Key Responsibility
• Assist senior bankers in M&A/strategic alternative idea generation and pitches
• Leading and mentoring teams of Analysts and Associates in the provision of financing and advisory services to clients as well as the creation and preparation of presentation and pitch materials.
• Manage the execution of extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modelling
• Developing a thorough understanding of the trends and competitive dynamics within the insights of the respective sector.
• Analysing the financial statements and operating metrics of public companies within the respective sector to generate industry.
• Accountable for effective project management: driving the process and effectively prioritizing and allocating resources.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and prospective clients through relationship development, respective industry knowledge and capital markets expertise.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, etc.).
• Series 7/79 & 63 (within six months of employment).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking M&A
• Relevant and recent experience in the Technology industry.
• Ability to manage deal teams.
• Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Strong team player with the desire to be part of a close-knit group operating in an intensive and challenging work environment.
• Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint
