Oaklands Global are working with a reputable client who are looking for a HR Operations Specialist, specialising within;

Payroll – Review, validation and enquiries
Employee Relations, On boarding, Appraisal and probation
Employment Law – Disciplinaries and UK Employment Legislation
French language skills would be highly desirable but not essential

Our client is looking for a HR Operations Specialise to join their offices in a premium London location on a permanent basis.

The main responsibilities of the HR Generalist will be to ensure compliance with local labour laws and reviewing payroll to ensure that the monthly payroll is properly processed and accurate.

Additional responsibilities of the HR Generalist are;

•Management of the day-to-day HR operational activities including on the service catalogue, guaranteeing that processes are timely and in correct compliance with local labour laws and Company’s rules and regulations
•Act as first point of contact for employees, managers and others HR areas by attending/ resolving their HR requests in related to Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, laws and payroll, within the operations scope.
•Provides payroll processing support, leading outsourced provider relation/activities and partnering with internal departments such as finance
•Maintain an up to date comprehensive HRIS data, and training the business on related transactions, actively collaborating in driving the company organisational change
•Keep up to date on changes in employment law and HR best practice in all jurisdictions on scope
•Producing regular reports and standard analyses of internal KPI’s, raw data analysis and presentation
