Oaklands Global have a fantastic opportunity become available for General Accountant & Administrative Assistant the position will also involve Customer Support Duties.
Based in Surrey
Salary offering between £25,000 to £32,000.
The role will involve acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the company clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The aim of this position is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Hours 0900 – 1730
May also be required to cover customer support desk in case of emergencies and sickness on a 24/7 – 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Maintain all company ledgers
- Maintain all company account receivables
- Maintain all company account payables
- Perform administration tasks
- Liaise with company accounting firm for tax, vat, HMRC & financials
- Manage invoicing working with customers, vendors and banks
- Manage and lead all company administration and HR tasks
- Assist company CEO in having all kind of communication on his behalf
- Follow up with third parties and others regarding the subject of communication Experience and Education
- Finance & Accounting
- Experience in dealing with International companies preferred
