Oaklands Global has an exciting requirement for an Aftersales Manager to work for our client based near Epsom. This role will involve following up with High net worth clients after the service has been completed in order to identify, report and resolve problem areas and help improve the clients experience.
The is a fantastic new role within the company that offers huge potential for career progression along with opportunity to manage Aftersales consultants throughout offices worldwide.
Our client offer a competitive salary of £45,000 plus bonus and benefits .
- Must have experience as a Customer Service Manager working within Luxury brands dealing with High net worth individuals
- Must hold a full driving license
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
